How do plans and credits work?

Short answer
StoryShort has four plans. Starter costs $39 a month with 400 credits, Growth $69 with 1,200, Influencer $129 with 2,400 and Ultra $199 with 5,000. Yearly billing costs about 40% less. Every video uses credits, and unused credits roll over.

How credits work
- Each month, your plan adds its credits to your account. Yearly plans also get their credits month by month.
- Unused credits roll over. Your balance can grow up to two times your monthly credits.
- A video's cost depends on its length, its type and the image or video model. See How many credits does a video cost?
- The app shows the cost before you generate.
- If a video fails, its credits come back by themselves.
If you cancel
You keep your credits. Your plan goes back to Free at the end of the period you paid for, and exporting needs a paid plan again. See cancel, pause or change your plan.
