How do I delete my account?

Short answer
Go to Settings, then Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. Your subscription stops at once without a refund, and your credits, videos and files are deleted. This cannot be undone.
Delete your account
- Go to Settings.
- Click Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
What happens
- Billing stops at once. Your subscription is cancelled. Nothing is refunded.
- Your credits are lost.
- Your data is deleted: videos, series, characters, brand kits and your files.
- Scheduled posts stop.
- Free credits are given once per person. We keep a coded version of your email address, so a new account with the same email gets no free credits.
Payment records stay with our payment provider for accounting.
Before you delete
- Download the videos you want to keep.
- If you only want to stop paying, you can cancel your plan and keep your account and credits.
