StoryShort turns ideas into finished short-form videos and runs whole faceless channels on a schedule. It is an independent product, built and run by one person.
Hi, I'm Samuel. I write the code, pick the AI models, answer the support emails, and use StoryShort every day to test what ships. There is no growth team and no outsourced support behind this site, just me and the creators who use the product.
That has a downside: when a lot happens at once, replies can take longer than I would like. It also has an upside: nothing gets buried. If a video comes out wrong, if credits do not add up, or if you were billed when you should not have been, email me and it gets fixed by the person who can actually fix it.
I try to keep the product honest about what it does. The pricing page shows what every video type really costs in credits, and you always see the estimate before you generate. When something is not good enough yet, I would rather say so than hide it.
