Refund Policy for StoryShort.ai
1. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable
Subscriptions and credit purchases are non-refundable. Every generation uses AI computing resources that we pay for as soon as you use your credits. At our discretion, we may refund a payment made within the last 30 days if none of the credits granted by that payment have been used. When a payment is refunded, the related subscription is cancelled and the credits granted by that payment are removed from your account.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings, then Billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
3. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
Billing errors, duplicate charges and any charge made after you cancelled are always refunded in full.
4. Credits
Unused credits roll over at each renewal, up to twice your plan's monthly credits. Unused credits are not refundable. In case of an extended service outage, we may offer account credits or extend your subscription.
5. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid charges, cancel your subscription before the trial ends if you do not want to continue.
