Can I try StoryShort for free?
Updated
Short answer
You can create an account and explore the app for free. New accounts do not get free credits right now, and exporting a video needs a paid plan. If you change your mind before you use any credits, you can ask for a refund.
What a free account includes
- Access to the app, the video types and the editor.
- An API key and the MCP connection, to test the setup.
There is no free trial at the moment, so a new account has no credits.
What needs a paid plan
- Credits to make videos and images.
- Exporting, downloading and posting videos.
- Series: videos made and posted on a schedule.
- The AI Video and AI Image tools.
- Voice cloning, brand kits, and your own logo or no watermark.
How to try a plan with little risk
- Start with the Starter plan, paid monthly. See plans and credits.
- The app shows the cost of each video before you generate it.
- If a video fails, its credits come back to your account by themselves.
- If you have not used any credits from your payment, you can ask for a refund. See Can I get a refund?
